1What JustStartUP Is

JustStartUP is an entrepreneurial infrastructure platform for early-stage founders. It offers:

• Startup Suite (Jeff Pro): a paid, subscription-based AI software tool that helps founders with business models, financial planning, pitch preparation, customer research and go-to-market strategy.
• Jeff Free: a limited free version of the same AI tool.
• Startup listings and Star Backer memberships: founders can list their products, and supporters ("Backers") can buy a Star Backer membership for a listed product.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

3Your Account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us immediately at juststrtup@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4Startup Suite (Jeff Pro) Subscription

4.1 Price

Startup Suite is billed at ₹1,699 per month, unless a different price is shown at checkout. No GST is charged. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next billing cycle after the notice period.

4.2 Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. When you subscribe, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method (UPI Autopay mandate or card standing instruction) on each renewal date.

4.3 Payment mandates

Recurring payments follow Reserve Bank of India rules for e-mandates, including advance notification before each debit where required. You can view, pause, or revoke a UPI Autopay mandate at any time from your UPI app, and a card mandate from your bank or card issuer.

4.4 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment partner may retry it automatically. If it still fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period and keeps Startup Suite access. If payment is not completed by the end of the grace period, your subscription is cancelled and your account returns to the free tier.

4.5 Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing juststrtup@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5AI-Generated Output

Startup Suite and Jeff Free produce responses generated by artificial intelligence. That output:

• is for general guidance and educational purposes only;
• is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice;
• may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on AI output. Verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

6Startup Listings & Star Backer Memberships

6.1 For founders

When you list a product, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading, that you have the right to offer the perks you describe, and that you will deliver them as described. You keep 100% ownership of your business. Listing on JustStartUP does not transfer any equity, ownership, or control to JustStartUP or to any Backer. Any platform fee that applies to your listing is shown to you before the listing goes live.

6.2 For Backers

A Star Backer membership is a purchase of a supporter membership for a listed product. It gives you a permanent Star Backer badge and the perks the founder describes, such as lifetime discounts and early access to the founder's products. You still pay for any products you buy later; perks are discounts and access, not free goods. A Star Backer membership does not give you any shares, equity, ownership, voting rights, profit share, interest, or financial return.

6.3 Responsibility for perks

Founders are solely responsible for delivering the perks they offer. We check listings but do not guarantee that any founder's product will launch or succeed, or that perks will be delivered. We are not a party to any separate agreement between a founder and a Backer.

7Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading;
• list or promote securities, investment schemes, lending, gambling, or any product prohibited under Indian law;
• upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
• try to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Platform or Jeff;
• resell, sublicense, or share your Startup Suite access with others;
• use Jeff to generate content that breaks any law or third-party policy.

8Intellectual Property

The Platform, including Jeff, its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by JustStartUP or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose while your account is active.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including listing text, images, and the prompts you give Jeff. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content in order to operate and promote the Platform. You own the output Jeff generates for you, subject to Section 5.

9Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove a listing, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or other users. Where reasonably possible, we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time. Sections 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after termination.

10Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, or success from using Jeff or listing on JustStartUP.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustStartUP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

12Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or on the Platform at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Platform after that, you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14Grievance Officer & Contact

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, its rules, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
