Custom Jeff Agent Interface
Build the front door to our AI co-founder.
Context

Jeff is JustStartUP's AI co-founder — a multi-agent workflow (guardrails → Jeff Agent / Informer Agent routing) on OpenAI's Agents platform. Today it runs through a generic plugin UI. We need a custom, branded interface layer on juststrtup.com (WordPress / Hostinger) backed by a FastAPI service.

Requirements
  • FastAPI backend wrapping the existing Jeff agent workflow — request validation, CORS, streaming responses to the browser.
  • Custom chat UI (vanilla JS or lightweight framework) embedded in WordPress via Elementor HTML widget — streaming tokens, markdown rendering, dark cyberpunk styling to match the site.
  • Role gating: Jeff Free vs Jeff Pro modes resolved from Paid Memberships Pro user role (premium users unlock Pro).
  • Token limitation system (new, required): per-user token budgets enforced server-side — e.g. Jeff Free capped at a daily/monthly token quota, Jeff Pro at a higher tier quota. Must include: usage counter persisted per WordPress user ID, hard cutoff with a clean "limit reached — upgrade" UI state, admin-configurable limits, and a reset schedule (daily or billing-cycle). No client-side-only enforcement.
  • Conversation persistence per user (session history retrievable on return).
  • Deployment: service deployed and reachable from the live site; Raj handles final WordPress wiring.

Recurring Payment Integration
Kill the manual renewal email. Make Startup Suite bill itself.
Current State

Startup Suite (₹1,699/month premium tier) is currently sold as a WooCommerce virtual product — a one-time charge. On purchase, Paid Memberships Pro upgrades the buyer's role to premium. There is no automatic renewal: every month the founder manually emails each subscriber asking them to re-purchase. This does not scale and leaks churn.

Live gateways: PayPal and UPI (one-time). Razorpay: previously blocked due to a positioning error (backing framed as equity) — now corrected; reinstatement application is viable. Stripe: unavailable. Knit Pay is already installed as the gateway bridge.

Objective

Convert Startup Suite from a one-time virtual product into a true recurring subscription: buyer approves a mandate once → gateway auto-charges monthly → PMPro renews or expires access via webhook. Zero manual intervention.

Implementation Options (evaluate, recommend, build)
Option A — Razorpay reinstatement + PMPro recurring Preferred

Reapply to Razorpay with corrected positioning ("SaaS membership subscription"). Connect Razorpay to PMPro (directly or via Knit Pay). Enables UPI AutoPay mandates + card tokens — the only clean path for Indian founders. Contributor assists with technical integration; founder handles the merchant application.

Option B — Cashfree via Knit Pay

Cashfree Subscriptions supports UPI AutoPay across 20+ UPI apps and bridges to PMPro through the already-installed Knit Pay plugin. Fallback if Razorpay reinstatement stalls. Requires new Cashfree merchant onboarding.

Option C — PayPal Subscriptions

PMPro supports PayPal recurring natively. Works today with zero new merchant accounts — but weak adoption among Indian buyers and INR recurring restrictions. Acceptable only as a secondary rail for international subscribers, not the primary solution.

Requirements
  • Migrate Startup Suite from WooCommerce virtual product to a PMPro recurring membership level (₹1,699 / 1 month, no expiration date per PMPro best practice).
  • Wire the chosen gateway's mandate/token flow (UPI AutoPay or card) through PMPro or Knit Pay.
  • Webhook handling: renewal success extends membership; failed payment triggers PMPro retry logic before role downgrade — never silent access loss.
  • Migration plan for existing subscribers: current members keep remaining paid time and are prompted once to set up the mandate (use PMPro renewal-date preservation, not immediate double-billing).
  • Cancellation flow: member can cancel from their account page; access persists until period end.
  • Failure-state emails (payment failed, mandate expired) configured — automated, not manual.
  • Sandbox-tested end-to-end before touching live checkout.

Business Development Lead
100 paid Jeff Pro users in 60 days. Straight commission.
Mission

Own Jeff Pro user acquisition end-to-end: identify stuck early-stage founders, run first-touch outreach with Jeff Free as the hook (never lead with paid), and convert to Jeff Pro at ₹1,699/month.

Requirements
  • Prospect across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram using our existing lead-qualification framework (provided on onboarding).
  • First-touch must offer Jeff Free before any mention of Jeff Pro or JustStartUP.
  • Weekly pipeline report: leads contacted, demos, conversions.
  • Comply with each platform's anti-spam norms — brand integrity over volume.
Compensation

30% commission on every Jeff Pro conversion you close, paid monthly. Plus certificate, LOR, and conditional full-time offer on target completion.

What every contributor receives on successful completion

  • Formal written employment offer — role title, responsibilities, and salary range defined in writing, contingent on seed round close.
  • Letter of Recommendation on JustStartUP letterhead.
  • Verified digital certificate of contribution.
  • IP protection — your submitted work remains yours unless formally accepted.
