Short Story
Croevo turns a plain-English prompt into a complete, playable browser game. Type “create a cyberpunk ninja platformer” and its multi-agent AI builds the world, art, and mechanics — instantly playable, no install, no coding. The edge: it runs on its own self-hosted AI infrastructure from day one, not third-party APIs, making it dramatically cheaper to operate than wrapper competitors.

Campaign Story
Croevo — Create complete games using natural language — is an AI-native game creation platform that collapses months of game development into a single prompt. A creator types a descriptive concept in plain English; Croevo’s orchestrator parses the intent and splits the work across concurrent sub-agent clusters (Logic, Asset, Audio, Physics) that build the game pieces together; the result is packed and instantly playable in the browser, bypassing installs entirely. Prompt to playable.
The timing thesis is that this is newly possible. Open-source LLMs have matured enough to rival proprietary APIs for production-grade code and logic synthesis; diffusion pipelines now output clean, asset-aligned sprites and tilesets rather than noisy concept art; and browser engines (HTML5, WebGL, WebGPU) can now run complex, multi-layered gameplay with zero install overhead. Croevo’s position is that, for the first time, complete dynamic game generation is achievable in real time.
The problem it targets is real friction. Modern game engines demand years of specialized C++/C# learning, locking out millions of creative people who have ideas but not coding backgrounds. And the current wave of AI tools are fragmented single-purpose wrappers — art in one place, script in another — that create heavy stitching friction. Croevo’s answer is full-stack, holistic, multi-agent assembly that produces complete interactive gameplay rather than isolated static assets.
The strategic core — and the part that separates it from the “GPT wrapper” crowd — is infrastructure. Croevo is built on self-hosted AI architecture from day one rather than renting third-party APIs (OpenAI, Midjourney). The pitch is that API-dependent creation tools face high, variable per-request inference costs that make scaling financially punishing, whereas Croevo’s optimized self-hosted stack running on its own GPU clusters delivers significantly lower inference costs and a defensible unit economics advantage as volume grows.
The market is framed bottom-up as 700M+ potential creators — developers wanting rapid prototyping, indie creators turning ideas into playable experiences, students learning game logic interactively, and content creators building custom worlds — with the goal of democratizing game mechanics so anyone with an idea can generate a game. The roadmap runs in three phases: Foundation (core multi-agent sync engine, dedicated GPU node deploy, gateway MVP waitlist), Growth (public playground launch, subscription tiers, community sharing and web hosting), and Platform (multiplayer creator marketplace, enterprise developer SDK, full WebGPU 3D pipelines).
Croevo is at the pre-seed, foundation stage — building the core pipeline and validating an MVP waitlist, with the self-hosted GPU architecture as its central bet.

Permanent Founding Star Backer Badge — backed an AI game engine before its public playground existed. Lifetime discount on all Croevo subscription tiers — locked founding rate on the platform, forever, once paid tiers go live. Founding-tier early access to the playground — skip the waitlist; build games before the public can. Higher generation limits / priority GPU queue for founding backers — real, usable value in a compute-bound product (this is the perk that matters most here). Founding Creator showcase — games you build featured in the community marketplace at launch. Early access to every new capability — WebGPU 3D, multiplayer creator marketplace, enterprise SDK as they ship. Behind-the-build feed — the self-hosted GPU architecture and multi-agent engine as it develops. Developer/studio backers: priority access to the enterprise integration SDK at founding pricing.
