SolaraLite Energy was founded in 2023 by two engineering graduates in Kathmandu, Nepal. Their mission is to light up off-grid villages by designing portable, durable, and affordable solar kits that can be carried like a backpack. Each kit includes:

• Foldable 100W solar panels

• A compact lithium battery pack (5–6 hours backup)

• USB and DC outputs for lighting, phone charging, and small appliances

SolaraLite has piloted 30 units in rural districts, helping families save up to 25% of monthly income by reducing kerosene and diesel generator expenses. However, they face severe capital challenges, as traditional investors focus on larger players.

The founders believe JustStartUP can be their lifeline to gain traction, attract mission-aligned backers, and refine their pitch for global impact investors. They’re passionate but underfunded, and desperately need a platform to showcase their innovation.
