NovaRide EV, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is an early-stage mobility startup founded in 2022 by three engineers passionate about clean transportation. Their focus is on lightweight electric scooters that meet the daily commuting needs of students, delivery drivers, and office workers in Vietnam’s dense cities.

Their flagship model, NovaRide One, offers:

• A 120 km range per charge with a swappable lithium battery

• Compact design with smart connectivity (GPS tracking, anti-theft, ride data)

• Affordable pricing to compete with gasoline scooters

• Solar-powered micro-charging stations for local communities

NovaRide has completed a small pilot with 100 scooters in Ho Chi Minh City, receiving positive user feedback for affordability and ease of use. However, the company is in desperate need of capital to scale production, strengthen battery supply chains, and build brand recognition in a market dominated by large incumbents.
