Lightbulb.ai is a full-stack Emotion AI platform founded in Mumbai in 2021 by Ritu Srivastava, Vishal Soni, and Yogesh Sachdeva. The platform leverages a combination of Visual AI (facial coding and eye tracking) and Conversational AI (speech transcription, sentiment detection) to deliver real-time emotion and engagement analytics during virtual interactions—be it online learning, market research, or sales meetings.
It supports both API/SDK integration and a standalone web app, is ISO 27001, 27017, 27701, SOC-2, and GDPR compliant, and has scanned over 11 million faces globally. Lightbulb.ai has received significant recognition: MarTech Startup of the Year 2024, finalist at MRSI Awards and ESOMAR YES Awards, and winner of the Prosus Tech FoundHER Challenge 2025 .
