FitFuel Meals was founded in 2023 in Bangalore, India, by two fitness enthusiasts who wanted to solve a common problem: access to convenient, healthy meals that support fitness goals.

The startup offers subscription-based meal boxes with calorie and macronutrient counts clearly labeled, making it easy for customers to stay on track with their goals (whether weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance). What sets FitFuel apart is its science-backed approach:

• Every menu is crafted by certified nutritionists.

• Meals are freshly prepared, portion-controlled, and balanced with protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats.

• Options range from high-protein muscle meals to low-carb fat-loss plans.

• An easy-to-use app allows users to customize weekly menus, track calories, and integrate with fitness apps like MyFitnessPal.

In its pilot phase, FitFuel has served over 500 recurring customers in Bangalore gyms and co-working hubs. Customer retention rates are promising, but growth is constrained by limited kitchen capacity and lack of funds for delivery logistics.

The team is now seeking early support through JustStartUP to scale operations, strengthen logistics, and expand to Tier-1 cities like Mumbai and Delhi.
