Founded in 2023 in Manila by two environmental engineers, AirPure Tech was created to tackle rising air pollution and poor indoor air quality in Southeast Asia. Their flagship product, the SolarPure Mini, is a low-cost, solar-powered air purifier that:

• Uses HEPA filters to remove pollutants, allergens, and dust

• Runs entirely on solar or rechargeable battery packs

• Is compact and portable for both homes and schools

• Costs a fraction of conventional air purifiers, making it accessible to lower-income households

The team has distributed 100 prototypes in Manila’s urban schools and rural households near industrial zones. Families reported improved respiratory comfort, while schools highlighted reduced absenteeism from asthma-related illnesses.

Despite this early impact, the startup faces funding and visibility challenges. Without support, they cannot mass-produce units or partner with local governments for larger distribution. The founders believe JustStartUP can be their breakthrough, helping them pitch effectively, connect with backers, and expand their reach.
